Unfortunately, you cannot change your due date. The due date on your ISPC account is the 18th day of the month; however, there may be a grace period depending on the state in which you made your initial purchase.

If you have a dispute, please call us at 1-800-345-4772 ext.1800. A customer service representative will respond to you within our normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

If you have a dispute concerning your ISPC statement, please notify us in writing or electronically at contactus@theispc.com. Per the terms of your ISPC Agreement, we will acknowledge receiving your letter within 30 days from the date we receive it. Within 90 days of receiving your letter, we must either correct the error or explain to you why we believe the statement is correct. An open-end credit account is a revolving account similar to a credit card account that you may access for various purposes. Unlike credit card companies, ISPC does not issue a plastic credit card; however, ISPC does extend credit to you by providing a credit limit which you may take advantage of over time by contacting us.
Yes, we have an automatic payment plan. We call it our Autopay service and it’s FREE!

ISPC can assist you in arranging with your bank to have your monthly payments deducted automatically from your account each month. Register as a user on our site and you will have access to Autopay and other payment options we offer.
Log onto your account with your established UserName and Password. On the navigation menu bar on the left, select “Statements > View Statements”. You will see a list of all of your available statements with the most recent displayed at the top. In the “Details” column on the table, click “View” to see the statement. Make sure your pop-ups are enabled in order to view your statement.

If you are not already registered, click on New User to register as a User on our website. After registering as a User you’ll be able to view your statements and make payments online.
Yes. You can make online payments at any time. Simply register as a User on our website. Then log into your account with your established “UserName” and “Password”. You will have access to all payment options we offer.

Credit Cards: ISPC accepts MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. The maximum amount we accept on a credit card payment is $500.00 per day.
eChecks: Provide us with your checking information and process a check electronically.
AutoPay: Sign up for AutoPay to have your payments automatically deducted from your account each month.
ISPC is committed to assisting customers whenever it can. ISPC has plans that can be tailored to fit your specific needs and allow you to maintain your ISPC account in good standing. Contact our office at 800-345-4772 ext. 1800 and one of our knowledgeable and specially trained associates will be happy to assist you to determine which plan is best for you.
Once you have registered as a User on our website, you will have access to your account history back to August 2003 by selecting “Statements > View Statements” from the navigation menu bar on the left.

If you need records prior to 2003, please email your request to contactus@theispc.com. As a courtesy, we will send you the first three statements at no charge. There is a research fee of $1.00 per statement thereafter. ISPC will accept your check as payment or charge the fee to your ISPC account for this service. Please include the following information in your request:

1. Account Holder’s Name
2. Address
3. Payment Preference
4. Dates for the statements

ISPC finances a wide variety of home improving products. Contact Customer Service at 1-800-345-4772 ext 1800 for a list of products we finance, and available credit.
Yes. ISPC does have a security interest in the goods we finance in accordance with both the terms and conditions of your ISPC Loan Agreement and Florida Law.
No. ISPC is a finance company that neither sells nor services equipment.

Accounting FAQ

ISPC sends out monthly billing statements. You can choose to receive a paper statement via the United States Postal Service or you can elect to receive your statement electronically via our website by registering as a user and then enrolling to receive “Online Statements”. In either case, you will continue to receive statements until your account has a zero balance.

Go green and save money by registering for “Online Statements”.
No, under ISPC’s account terms, a “double” payment during a billing period does not “count” for the next billing’s minimum payment. Everything you pay in excess of the minimum payment due reduces the principal balance.

Finance term FAQ

The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) can be found in your Credit Application and Agreement, or it can be found on your charge slip, if you signed your Agreement electronically.

Your selling merchant representative should have provided you a “Customer Copy” at the point of sale when you purchased your product. The APR is also located on your ISPC monthly billing statement.
The terms and conditions of your ISPC account are outlined in the Disclosures of your ISPC Open-End Credit Application and Agreement you received from your selling merchant representative at the point of sale, or via email, if you signed your Agreement electronically.
No. You can pay off your account at anytime without penalty.
Yes, ISPC reports to the three main credit reporting agencies, Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion on a monthly basis.
